We partner with reliable shipping carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL & their partners carriers to ensure your package reaches you safely and efficiently.

Once your order is dispatched, we provide tracking numbers for all packages, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery. Orders are typically dispatched from the nearest warehouse to your shipping address, depending on the availability of stock. Our well-stocked warehouses are located in the United States, Poland, and Hong Kong.

We will try our best to be prompt on order processing, in the exception of pre-order products. Your order will typically be dispatched within 2-5 business days from Monday to Friday. However, during peak times such as Halloween, Thanksgiving, Cyber Monday/Black Friday, Christmas, and New Year, there may be a slight delay due to the high volume of orders being placed. We appreciate your understanding and patience during these periods.

CUSTOMS AND BORDER CONTROL: Please note that customs clearance may cause occasional delays. International orders are subject to customs procedures, resulting in longer shipping times. Please allow an additional 10 days for delivery. If your order has not arrived after this period, please contact us at nostalgichome@gmail.com, and we will assist you. Import duties, taxes, and charges are the buyer's responsibility.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

  • Orders are processed within 2-4 business days, Monday-Friday.
  • Larger items and large orders may require an additional 20 to 30 business days for delivery.
  • Once the item(s) is delivered to your designated address, our company is not liable for any theft or damage. Please address any issues with the courier or local postal service.
  • In case of an incomplete or incorrect address provided by the customer, additional costs for redelivery, return, or package destruction will be the customer's responsibility. Returned items fall under the returns policy.
